Diomard Club is governed by an elected Board of Directors who are accountable to our membership. The Board oversees the strategic direction and financial management of the club on behalf of all members.
Margaret Chen
President
Margaret has served on the Diomard Board for eight years and was elected President in 2023. A practicing barrister, she brings strong governance expertise to the club.
David Okafor
Vice President
David has been a member of Diomard since 2005 and joined the Board in 2019. He oversees community engagement and our grants program.
Sandra Kowalski
Treasurer
Sandra is a Chartered Professional Accountant with 20 years' experience in club and hospitality finance. She manages our financial oversight and annual audit.
James Fitzpatrick
Secretary
James has been a Diomard member for over 15 years and joined the Board in 2021. He coordinates board meetings, minutes and correspondence.
